“Listening to Flowers” is about listening to your inner voice, and realizing your highest intentions, through a dialogue with flower energy and affirmations.

What is the experience?

Dina leads guests through an array of guided meditations, practices, and teachings that help shift limiting beliefs, and enhance personal empowerment, using the framework of flowers.

In this 3.5-hour interactive experience we will explore:

  • Guided visualizations for Intentions, Challenges and Transformations.
  • Self-inquiry and journaling practices.
  • How to work with the oracle deck and affirmations. *
  • Group sharing and partner work.
  • Creating a personalized flower remedy to bring home.
  • Engaging with the energy of nature.

*Workshop package includes a “Listening to Flowers” oracle deck, Bach flower remedy booklet, bottle of Rescue Remedy, personalized flower remedy and journal & pen.
