Students will receive a course certificate of completion.

The use of flower remedies as a holistic therapy, was developed in 1930 by British physician Dr. Edward Bach. His system of using plant essences emerged as a simple method to restore out of balance emotions using liquid extracts from the flowers of wild plants and trees. This method of using the subtle energy from a select group of 38 healing flowers, promotes health and wellness by providing emotional support and restoring inner-balance.

Bach Flower Therapy Overview

Gain a foundation for working with Bach flower therapy through a deeper understanding of what flower remedies are, what they provide and how to use them. We will also review Dr. Bach’s combination Rescue Remedy® formula.

Each portion of the course will focus on each of the seven categories of emotional challenge, recognized by Dr. Bach. Learning the remedies in this way, helps us to clearly discern the subtle emotions at the core of our challenges, in order to effectively select the relevant flowers.

Remedies for Fear; Remedies for Uncertainty; Remedies for Insufficient Interest; Remedies for Loneliness; Remedies for Oversensitivity; Remedies for Despondency or Despair; Remedies for Over-Care for Others; also includes an overview of working with pets, plants and remedies for topical use.
