In our time together you will:

  • Learn what flower remedies are, what they provide, and how to use them.
  • Discover the challenges and potential transformations for each of the original 38 Bach flower remedies, as well as Rescue Remedy® combination formula.
  • Gain confidence in selecting remedies and creating combination formulas for yourself, as well as for others.

  • Review remedies for working with pets, plants, and for topical use.
  • Create personalized combination flower remedy formulas.
  • Receive a course certificate of completion from Dina Saalisi Healing Arts.

  • Loneliness
  • Oversensitivity
  • Despondency or Despair

The use of flower remedies as a holistic therapy, was developed in 1930 by British physician Dr. Edward Bach. His system of using plant essences emerged as a simple method to restore out of balance emotions using liquid extracts from the flowers of wild plants and trees. This method of using the subtle energy from a select group of 38 healing flowers, promotes health and wellness by providing emotional support and restoring inner-balance.

Dina provided a safe and welcoming learning environment to explore the power of flower essences. I enjoyed the variety of activities she used to teach about the different flowers and apply them to healing in our lives. She engaged us in a good mix of didactic learning, sharing, working in small groups, and solo activities to keep the class flowing. I highly recommend this as an introduction to Bach flower essences or as a refresher course.

This course is an amazing balance of insightful instruction, self-reflection and interaction that really makes learning about the flower remedies an unforgettable experience. Dina’s down-to-earth instruction is informative and inspirational. This class is perfect for anyone just starting their work with flower remedies and for more seasoned practitioners. If I had to choose one word to describe the class it would be magical!

Peggy K. Atglen, PA

Dina’s Bach Flower Essentials class was very well organized. She used a mix of videos, blog posts, and handouts to further reinforce what we learned. Meeting one on one with other students provided practical application of what we were learning. The environment was so warm and open that I felt right at home with other like-minded people. It was a perfect introduction to the Bach flower remedies from their origins to practical application. I’ll never look at a flower the same way again! I will always wonder what it is trying to tell me and what amazing energy it exudes!
